(Sample review format)

What a website review includes.

This page shows how we organize a review. It contains no client findings or performance results.

About this page

A sample format, not findings about a client.

Evidence

Your review includes observations from your own website.

Next step

Agree on scope, cost, and checks before implementation.

Context

Start with the business

We record the services you want to grow, the areas you serve, and how inquiries are currently handled. We note which analytics and business records are available.

Evidence

Show the problem clearly

Each finding names the page or step we checked, the observation, and its likely effect on a customer. Screenshots or measurements support the finding when available. We distinguish measured problems from things that still need testing.

Priorities

Choose the first fixes

  • Describe the change and why it matters to your inquiry flow.
  • Record the work involved, required access, and dependencies.
  • Define a check that shows whether the change works.

Acceptance

Check the whole inquiry path

For a form improvement, the checks cover required fields, error messages, duplicate clicks, and a successful save. A saved inquiry should reach the agreed record, and your team should know who responds. Analytics should count the successful submission without including the customer's answers.

Proposal

Make the next step specific

The proposal lists the agreed work, price, schedule, exclusions, and handover. If monthly support makes sense, we define the work allocation and how we will review inquiries and booked jobs with you.
